Delivery Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size/weight of your order. We strive to keep delivery costs as low as possible through our logistics partners.
Free delivery is available on orders over ₦100,000 within Lagos and select cities.
Packaging
All solar products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Solar panels are crated in protective casing. Inverters and batteries are packed in double-walled boxes with shock-absorbing inserts. Every shipment is insured for your peace of mind.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email and SMS. You can track your delivery status at any time from your order page or by contacting our support team.

Inspection on Delivery
We strongly recommend you inspect your package before signing for delivery. If the packaging appears damaged, please note this on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. Check that all items are present and undamaged within 24 hours of delivery.
